My name is Youras Ziankovich. At present, I am in the process of reinstating my license to practice law in New York. For this reason, I do not provide legal services or representation at this time.

I was born in Minsk, Belarus, and later became a U.S. citizen. I hold an LL.M. in American and Comparative Law from Fordham University School of Law in New York, as well as a law degree from Eastern Europe. Over the years, I have worked with corporate clients, non-profit organizations, media companies, and individuals from many countries.
My professional background covers corporate and business law, tax law, immigration law, and international human rights. I have had the honor to assist both small startups and international organizations, including media and charitable foundations.
Beyond the law, my personal story also shapes who I am. As a former political prisoner in Belarus, I know firsthand the importance of freedom, justice, and the rule of law. This experience deepened my commitment to helping people who face persecution, discrimination, or barriers in building a new life abroad.
I believe legal work is not only a profession but also a mission β to provide clarity, fairness, and protection to those who need it most.
